İŞ TANIMI
- Communicating Quotes to Customers: Responsible for preparing and sending detailed quotes to customers based on their questions and specific needs. Ensuring clarity and accuracy in these quotes is crucial to building good relationships and facilitating sales.
- Processing Orders in Reservations: Responsible for ensuring that an order is entered correctly into the Reservations system once it is confirmed. This ensures that all orders are tracked properly and that inventory and planning are managed effectively.
- Entering Orders into LOGO; Once orders are processed in Reservations, they should also be entered into the LOGO system. This step is important for maintaining comprehensive records and facilitating further processing of orders.
- Conversations with Customers: Responsible for interacting with customers on various issues such as the status of their orders, questions regarding stock availability, requests for quotes, and other related issues. These interactions help ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze Products in Stock, in Transit and in Production: Responsible for accurately and up-to-date tracking of products in stock, on their way to customers and currently in production. A comprehensive analysis of these goods is required. Based on this analysis, orders are placed with the factory to ensure optimum inventory levels and promptly meet customer demands.
- Shipping Planning: Responsible for developing a comprehensive plan for shipping products to ensure on-time delivery. This includes coordinating logistics, selecting appropriate carriers and scheduling shipments.
- Preparing Delivery Notes: Responsible for creating delivery notes that accompany shipments, ensuring that the information is accurate and up-to-date. These documents serve as proof of delivery and contain important information about the contents of the shipment.
- Discuss Customer Requests and Problems with the Factory: Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and the factory, addressing any requests or concerns that arise, forwarding them to the factory and contributing to the resolution. This communication is vital to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
- Receive, Forward and Track Package Elevator Requests: Responsible for managing requests regarding package elevators that may require coordination with the factory for installation or maintenance, providing timely responses and updates to customers.
- Monitor Customer Payments : Track payments made by customers to ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and follow up on outstanding payments when necessary.
- Correct Exchange Rates for Paid Orders in the System: Once an order is paid, the current exchange rates must be locked in the system to prevent discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Update Reservation Table for Invoiced Orders: Ensure that all invoiced orders are accurately reflected in the Reservation table. This helps ensure consistency in order management and financial tracking.
- Enter Serial Numbers and Invoice Dates of Invoiced Products: Responsible for recording important details such as serial numbers and invoice dates of invoiced products in the booking file. This information is critical for inventory management and tracking.
- Tracking Products in Transit and Production: Tracking the status of products that are on their way to customers or are currently in production. This information is important for making informed decisions about updates and inventory and order fulfillment.
- Booking: The term “Booking” refers to the booking Excel spreadsheet where we meticulously track all our machines in stock, in transit and in production. This tool is essential for maintaining control and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
- Weekly Reporting: Compiling and presenting weekly reports summarizing the status of orders, inventory levels, customer interactions and all other key performance indicators. These reports are essential for strategic planning and decision making.
